Kevin was the most amazing and educative technician ever. We moved into our new rental and after realizing the previous cleaning company did a horrible job at addressing the issue of dog urine on the carpet, Kevin made us feel at ease by educating us and giving us options to proceed with the cleaning. He truly loves and appreciates what he does and that will go a long way when it comes to a returning customer.
