I have used Zerorez for a number of years. I highly recommend them for any carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. I have a vintage sofa and older carpets, and I am so pleased with the 'new" look of them after Zerorez. Zerorez is most definitely cost effective, and their cleaning technique is extremely efficient, dries in a fraction of time. I also like how the clean look doesn't disappear in a few days of having them cleaned like some carpet services. I only had the carpets done this time, but I have had rugs as well when needed. Anthony was my service tech this time. He was prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would like to send Anthony a personal Thank You!!

Kevin was the most amazing and educative technician ever. We moved into our new rental and after realizing the previous cleaning company did a horrible job at addressing the issue of dog urine on the carpet, Kevin made us feel at ease by educating us and giving us options to proceed with the cleaning. He truly loves and appreciates what he does and that will go a long way when it comes to a returning customer. If I could give more than a 10/10 for service I wouldz I will definitely be inquiring in the future for carpet and other needs. Thank you Kevin!!!
