Service was provided as expected. Notified 48 hrs before of timeframe and tech arrived within that time frame. He reviewed the rooms to clean and areas with any stains. Stains came out. He was done quickly as I had moved everything I could and he went around the rest. Carpets took about 8 hrs to dry but looked good in the am. I would give the tech, Ali, a 10.

It is relatively inexpensive, no chemicals are used, technician was careful not to damage walls, the appointment was easy to schedule, and technician arrived at agreed upon time.

The guys who came to my house were very knowledgeable and very polite. They never gave up on the job and corrected all my plumbing problems. Friendly service technicians and quality work!

We had Jonathan/“Joe” as our carpet technician. He was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our elderly cats and their vomit stains, the care of our carpet, its life and extending the life of our carpet. Micah, the rep on the phone was also very friendly and helpful.
We have used Zerorez several times and they will continue to be our “go to” carpet specialists!

Our technician, Ryker, was on time and finished the job very efficiently. He was fine with our dog greeting him enthusiastically. Our carpets look great. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and will do so in the future.
