I like the fact that before any cleaning has started, they use the VR lift the first before they even start cleaning the rugs, which I think helped. They get out stains that the other company I had used could not. And the technician that I had was excellent cause he explained the process what was being used and why? Excellent customer service from the tech!

Zero rez was on time, efficient, and cost effective for a top notch carpet cleaning. We had some pretty awful stains on old carpet and it looks clean again. Kendal was the tech and he did a great job and was friendly and professional.

Our carpets look fantastic! These carpets were installed in the late 1990s and have been cleaned before, but they had really looked bad for awhile. One of them especially now looks brand new! ZeroRez, you did an outstanding job and I'm glad to be able to give you a super recommendation.
