The technicians are friendly and efficient. We had 2 techs here at the same time and they worked together so they wouldn't get in each other's way and at the same time cleaning efficiently. One tech was cleaning our carpets and he did a wonderful job. The carpets look like new, especially the carpet on the stairs. The other tech was cleaning our air ducts and he also did a great job. He found something in one of the ducts and immediately brought it to our attention. He gave us the option to sanitize it while he was in there and we took him up on it. The house smells very clean. Hi, Yes The Gentleman arrived on time. Asked if we wanted our Carpet treated alone with the Cleaning. We declined, but are very happy with the results. The Carpet is back clean and plush. Its like new again!
