They sent a guy named Joe.He was very professional from the beginning of the service till the end.
Instead of just cleaning the carpet. He asked me about some spots in the carpet. Which I had tried before to remove. But had no luck Joe took his time and was able to remove the stains that I was not able to.
After seeing the carpet before and after. My carpet looked brand new.And the carpet refresh spray.Gave my place an amazing smell.

Tech was able to get here a little early. Came inside to look at what he was going to clean, explained the entire process to us, and made sure we didn't have any questions. He brought in all his gear and proceeded to start cleaning. It took him about an hour, called us in and had us look at the furniture, asked if we had any questions or what were our thoughts on the results of the cleaning. We are very satisfied with the results. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and he did an excellent job.
