I like that there’s zero residue
The onsite service provider was was great! He explained every step of the process. He was very courteous and professional. He got almost all of the stains out. After he finished with the machine, he went back and used a special treatment on the rust stains. He got the majority of them out and the the other ones were faded significantly.
When I was booking the appointment I was going to use a coupon that I had found. The customer service rep said there was a better coupon and applied that! She worked with me to schedule a time window that worked with my schedule.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez Raleigh/Durham.

Zerorez has had to come back 3 times to work on a very stubborn stain. They always were so friendly and kind and willing to come back. We are really pleased with the service!

The tech was wonderful and Zerorez always makes my rug look like new with no heavy water feeling afterwards. This time they removed blood stains on my white carpet from my grandson’s accident with a broken glass. I will always choose this company over Stanley Steamer who I have called before for stains and then had to have Zerorez come afterwards to really get out stains.
