Technician Brian L. made all the difference in service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He checked fabric codes on all upholstery and rugs before cleaning to ensure the expected outcome. I had some chairs that he was unable to clean due to fabric code S, He explained fabric codes and different types of cleaning. He was very educational but personable as well. I plan to ask for him from here on out.

The large dining room in our senior center has Luxury Vinyl Tile on the floor, and even though it is mopped on a regular basis, it had become filthy over time. It was like the tile just held onto the dirt. I made an appointment with ZeroRez, and in about 2 hours it was sparkling clean and the whole room looked bright once again. I will definitely bring them back again!
