Our technician was the Best! He explained what needed to be done to rid the carpet of persistent stains, we walked through the rooms and he gave me the options. He worked professionally and when done, had me go through the rooms explaining what he did and to contact ZeroRez if stains show up again, he could use a spot cleaner. He was friendly and answered all questions. My husband and I commented after he left how many young people are not as 'on the ball' as our technician was! We would grade him an A+++++!!! I'm so glad we chose ZeroRez again, as I have in the past, and even happier that we had the technician that was sent. I wish I could remember his name - he is originally from Manteo, NC, so that may be a way to make sure he is given notice as to his Excellent Work and Information.
