Adam did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. He arrived on time, reviewed the areas to clean with me (showing my many pet stains!), and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He also gave me several options to enhance the cleaning process. No pressure sales, just good information for me to consider. My carpet is >20 years old, but looked brand new when he finished, and smelled wonderful!
