Adam our technician was great. He went above and beyond to explain everything to us and our carpet is like new again. This is our second time using Zerorez and we will continue to use them in the future.

I like the fact that before any cleaning has started, they use the VR lift the first before they even start cleaning the rugs, which I think helped. They get out stains that the other company I had used could not. And the technician that I had was excellent cause he explained the process what was being used and why? Excellent customer service from the tech!
