I honestly was shocked at how clean the carpets came. Very satisfied with the results. My technician, Landon, was great to work with. He was very communicative and professional. Great job all around.

Carpets were left clean without any chemical smell. The rugs were a little more wet than usual, but dried within 24 hours. The hose to the van had a significant hole in it, which may have been the reason the rugs were damper than what I'm use to. Overall, I'm happy with the service and will use ZeroRez again.

I don't remember specifics of how our last service went with Zerorez, but I definitely remember being disappointed with the outcome of our carpets. We decided to try you guys again, because we love the fact that you don't use harsh detergents or toxic chemicals. However, Landon did a FABULOUS job!
