I have had my carpet clean by Zerorez for many years. This time they clean my carpet clean the spots from my dog, but a dark spot came up that was not there before the cleaning. I call and they came out and fix the problem right away.

The office team was very responsive to the text messages and it was easy getting an appointment set up. Our technician took the time to access our area rugs and point out why (different reasons for both rugs) that "at the shop" cleaning would be a better option for us than the treatment he could do in home. I appreciated his insight and honesty (our one rug was partially cotton and could have been damaged by the high heat!). He took the time to explain the process, talk to his manager when I had questions that he was confident in the answer too and worked to make the financial difference between the two options not as great while still getting the rugs back to me in a more acceptable time frame. I appreciated that very much.
Great area rug cleaning
I added my couch cleaning as an afterthought to my carpet cleaning. Because of the dog hair and oils imbedded in the fabric I did not have very high expectations for getting the couch looking good. I was most pleasantly surprised that all traces of the dog’s effects on the couch were erased!! This was my first time using ZEROREZ, but will not be my last.
What I like about Zerorez is the carpet isn' t soaking wet! Your last visit on Sat. July 6 you were able to get out the tea stains. I was very pleased!

very professional, friendly and attention to detail...stacy was the best...he wore his booties, put down a rug in my entryway, and did a most excellent job on my carpets, they are always done well, but he was exceptional...hopefully, there will a bottle of your spot remover on the truck next time
