.Technician was courteous, efficient, skillful, and careful to measure each room to ensure charges were fair to Zerorez and to the customer.

However, on a day when the temperature outside exceeded 96 degrees F, was not careful or considerate about keeping entrance door and garage to drop zone door closed (as much as possible) to prevent bugs and flies from entering, and air conditioning cooling loss to the outside.

there are no chemicals - and Brian deserves a Hugh raise - we give him a 10 for professionalism, courteous and personable. Great employee.
