OK, so I get that Zerorez is a carpet cleaning service, so you’re not going to go seek them out if you don’t need your carpets cleaned (or your tiles, or your ductwork, or any of the numerous other services they offer), but what will make me turn to Zerorez before other companies is that their technicians and staff are great. The people make the product shine, and boy did my technician, Statelyn, make my carpets shine.

I thought it might actually be time to just burn the carpets. Cleansing by fire seemed to be the only sure way to get the desired results. I am SHOCKED at how my carpets came out. I ended up doing a deep clean in most of my rooms upstairs, plus a pet treatment, plus an extraction for a really unfortunate section of the hallway (where there was a gross and totally unsanctioned dog party.) The dogs totally destroyed the hall carpeting, or so I thought. After my Statelyn was done, it looked like I was in another person’s home.

My carpets were already several years used when I moved in four years ago, so I can’t in all honesty say that they looked like new, but they did look clean — clean and fresh and well maintained. They did not look newly installed, but I would never have guessed they were older than 2 years.

Statelyn worked on my carpets for hours, and before he got started he gave me his honest opinion. I wanted to be budget conscious but also do my due diligence before moving out. He suggested some areas he thought I could limit the scope of my cleaning and told me the areas he thought really needed more work. I did not feel like I was being up sold. I certainly did not feel pressured to get extra services added on. I just really felt like I was talking to someone who knew their stuff and who was giving me his credible and honest opinion.

Moving is stressful and overwhelming and Statelyn made it better by just doing his job exceptionally well. Thank you!🙏

Carpet is very nice

The rugs look and feel clean now. It felt like there was residue left in the carpets after the last carpet company cleaned them. They looked clean, but felt dirty and matted easily. Your guy did a great job and he's a lovely person. The carpets feel almost new again. Thank you.

I am a former Stanley Steamer customer, but now I only use ZeroRez on my carpets because they are exceptional in their proprietary system to get your carpets nearly new again. We got a new Dachshund puppy and even though we used an enzyme cleaner when she had accidents, the carpet became heavily soiled with every spot treatment attracting soil and showing up. It looked awful and smelled bad too. Adam was our tech this time and he got right to work on a deep pet treatment in two rooms. He really had his work cut out for him and he worked hard but when he was finished my carpeting looked like new again. Adam was professional, super friendly and so kind as I am disabled and a fall risk so he was concerned about me slipping on the wet surface until fully dry. I am SO happy with the outcome today. Yet another reason I will only use ZeroRez.

Bailey, the gentleman who cleaned our rugs, was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He completed the job in a timely manner, and my carpet looked beautiful, and still does.

Technician arrived on time. Surveyed the job and explained the process and made recommendations about what treatment would be best for areas. All questions were answered before the process was started. Finally, the job was completed in a timely manner.

The folks who came to my house were very friendly & knowledgeable. My xarpets looked much better.

All stains but one area were great. One bleached out one inch dot was revealed by cleaning. The only problem I had was not getting close enough to some furniture where dirty carpet is very visible. Also, no one called me or texted half hour before arriving. Tech was polite, worked non stop to get all bad areas

Our on site technician was awesome, really thorough, professional, shared everything we needed to know about the process as it was our first time. Days later we are still happy with the results.
