My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy to work with someone who cared about the job he was doing and was efficient and skilled. There are a few unavoidable things you should know when you schedule any appointment for rug/upholstery cleaning:
1. If you are having a rug cleaned, (not carpet) you may have a little water on your floor on the edge of the rug, in my case hardwoods. Have a towel ready to dry that.
2. The equipment stretches into your house through your door. The door cannot close all the way so you may get a fly or two.
3. Long neglected spots on your furniture may not some clean. They aren't magicians.
4. 20 year old cigarette smoke yellowing can get better, but not completely better
5. you need to run fans to dry things out quickly
6. Plug in your dehumidifier if you cannot open the windows in your house.
6. Do not let wet cleaned cushions touch the wood on your furniture. don't lean the cushions on the wood to dry. Have a place ready in your house for drying.

Rugs and furniture cleaned well. Good advise on one chair that has Cotten in it so not appropriate to clean. Young man was friendly but professional and efficient in his work.

The technicians are friendly and efficient. We had 2 techs here at the same time and they worked together so they wouldn't get in each other's way and at the same time cleaning efficiently. One tech was cleaning our carpets and he did a wonderful job. The carpets look like new, especially the carpet on the stairs. The other tech was cleaning our air ducts and he also did a great job. He found something in one of the ducts and immediately brought it to our attention. He gave us the option to sanitize it while he was in there and we took him up on it. The house smells very clean. Thank you Zerorez!!

Hi, Yes The Gentleman arrived on time. Asked if we wanted our Carpet treated alone with the Cleaning. We declined, but are very happy with the results. The Carpet is back clean and plush. Its like new again!
