The technician was very knowledgeable about the cleaning products and the fabric of the the sofa. He was very neat. There was virtually no mess. He was also courteous and respectful of not disturbing anything while cleaning my sofa. He also was knowledgeable and prepared to answer questions about their services. I do plan on having Zerorez come back to clean my rugs. The office staff was very pleasant and courteous too! Overall, I highly recommend Zerorez!

Technician: Drew was very professional, proficient and expedient in executing his task. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly.
Products: very effective in cleaning my carpet. There were no strong or irrating unpleasant odors. The heavily traffic area cleaned well even questionable spots. The floor was not soggy and/or wet after cleaning and dried quickly.

My carpets are 24 years old and the two people who cleaned them did such an incredible job! They are stain free and beautiful! The two people were very friendly and professional. Excellent experience!

Stacie was my tech this time and he was very friendly yet professional. Even though he knew I had used ZeroRez many times before, I was getting an extraction this time and he was knowledgeable about the process and made sure I understood and offered me the opportunity to ask questions. He was respectful of my home and placed corner guards to protect my walls. Paying was a piece of cake as he sent me an invoice and I paid it online. In conclusion, I switched from Stanley Steamer and haven't looked back since. I will ONLY recommend ZeroRez for my home cleaning.
