First and foremost, I am so happy with all of the services that were provided by Zerorez. Landon was unbelievable. He was quick and he did a THOROUGH job!

I had a Cheerwine stain that my 2-yr old son (it was just a few drops) caused when he tried to throw away a can for me and Landon got it up no problem!

The technician did a great job. He was all over the house and did not mess up a single thing. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. My only complaint was how loud it was and that was not his fault.

I have always been pleased with Zero Rez as we have used you for many years. What I like most is that you don't use a lot of chemicals and soaps to clean. The prices seem to have gone way up since we started using Zero Rez, even with "specials", but the quality of cleaning is great and the technicians seem to be knowledgable and are always courteous. Brandon was here Tuesday and did a fantastic job, was very professional and explained everything in a very detailed way.

James was exactly on time as promised. He explained every step of the process and was able to clearly show me the before/after results.

I especially thought the associate who did the cleaning was very thorough. He took pride in doing a good job. I will ask for him the next time I have a cleaning. I am very satisfied with the overall job.
