The followed through on everything they said. When the gentleman arrived he was punctual. He was polite. Throughly explained everything. I would absolutely have them clean my carpets again.

I was very satisfied with Zerorez. The technician called to say he would be there in fifteen minutes, and they were. They came in and greeted us, we went over the areas to be cleaned, and they started right away. They called me to look at the area of carpet that was worn, but cleaned, and explained it was just the worn carpet that made it look that way. I was more concerned about getting up the dirt, and spots, and they did an excellent job!
Their customer service was A+. I will be getting my couch and love seat cleaned soon.
