James was very professional, competent, and friendly. It was clear that he wanted to do the best job possible on my carpets and upholstery. He did a great job on everything, including the white sofa that was a real challenge. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him if he could come back again in two weeks to clean some more carpets.

Each time I've had Zeroez to perform my carpet cleaning I have been completely satisfied - from the friendliness and timeliness of the technician to the thorough cleaning they perform on my carpets. I was especially impressed with the service that Deramous (sp) provided, as my son had spilled candle wax (and it wasn't white it was GREEN!) on the carpet, a week before it was to be cleaned. Deramous mixed a solution for the trouble spot and gave that area a little more attention and when he was finished there was no hint of green in the carpet! Needless to say - I was thrilled! And, the fact that there are no chemicals used during the cleaning process, or any type of residue after the cleaning, is always a bonus!
The products really work on stains that I couldn't get out with over the counter products.
