Your technician was on time, reviewed services that I had requested to make sure order was correct. He was very professional in explaining what, where and how he was beginning the cleaning (carpet) process. I like the product and process used because it did not take a long time for carpet to dry. I like the fragrance used also. My hall carpet was very soiled but when he finished, it was beautiful. He is an individual that loves his work and his goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the service to anyone.

Good all around experience from time of first contact until job was complete. Ross came out and was polite and respectful of us and our property. Cleaned our carpets and a Lazy Boy chair. We were very pleased with the work he did and drying time was minimal compared to other companies we’ve had in the past that just seemed to come in , drench our carpets and leave.Will definitely use Zerorez again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
