He was on time (early actually), very efficient, didn't try to oversell any additional work, and the carpets looked great when he was done. I would definitely use Zerorex again, and if anyone asks if I would recommend a carpet cleaner, I'd give Zerorez the nod.

Your employee who came to our home was friendly and courteous. We had not used Zerorez before and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the process to us and told us how to deal with a pet stain issue.

The technician that came did a great job explaining what he was doing and afterwards what he sprayed on the carpet that might lighten some heavily soiled areas. Some of the areas didn’t lighten as much as I had hoped, but Zerorez was very willing to come back and reclean some of the heavily traveled areas. It truly might just be old carpet that is too worn but I’m appreciative of their willingness during a busy season to try one more time. Couldn’t ask for more and I would definitely recommend their services.

I love the way the carpet smells when they have been cleaned and they look really nice when they are all dry. The technicians are very pleasant and careful to do things right and carefully.
