The technician that came to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I also like that the products are environmentally friendly.
We are pleased with the results of the clean carpets. We will probably have to make another appointment because one of the rooms has a cat urine smell still. Our technician did the best he could with the pet treatment but mentioned something about another procedure, an extraction.

The environmentally safe process really gets my carpets clean and looking brand new every time. The technicians are always friendly and personable and they either arrive on time or call about coming early if it works for my schedule. The technician doesn't waste any time and is in and out in an hour. There is no cleaning solution odor left behind and the carpets are completely dry in a very short period of time.
