I was very satisfied with Zerorez. The technician called to say he would be there in fifteen minutes, and they were. They came in and greeted us, we went over the areas to be cleaned, and they started right away. They called me to look at the area of carpet that was worn, but cleaned, and explained it was just the worn carpet that made it look that way. I was more concerned about getting up the dirt, and spots, and they did an excellent job!
Their customer service was A+. I will be getting my couch and love seat cleaned soon.

We were trying Zerorez, because our usual carpet, upholstery and rug cleaner was retiring. He was self-employed, had all master level certifications in all areas and always treated us fairly and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about all fabrics and stains and also changed to more modern, clean methods of cleaning as he continued to educate himself in his field of expertise. So, naturally, I was very concerned about trying a chain cleaning service. Years ago, a nice young man, with a Zerorez truck, came up to me at a gas station and gave me a promotional card. I remembered this and when I received another in the mail, I thought it was time to give them a call. We have planned to replace our carpets next year, so I figured I had nothing to lose having my existing carpets cleaned with the promotion. So on my date of service, I got a call from my technician to annouce his upcoming arrival. His name is Jamie Hawkins. What an incredible surpise to encounter this young man. I have become accustomed to people who do not value their jobs, in every line of work, and am always on guard to be sure I receive what I am promised. This young man delivered more than I was expecting. Part of the credit goes to the process cleaning process and ease of setting up the appointment, but most goes to this amazing technician, who talked me through the process, was well-mannered, cared about my input and then delivered beyond my expectations. I will be using this service, at least, twice a year, and more if they continue these wonderful promotions. I will be asking for Jamie! Thank you Jamie and Zerorez!
