I liked the friendliness and knowledge of this representative. He was concerned about what I needed and wanted and was very thorough. He made it known that if something was not as I expected to call and express my concerns. I liked that he really took time with me nor did he rush through the job. After completion, he even stayed till my email receipt came through since I had a concern about the email address. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Due to the prior experience, I almost had decided not to give zerorez another chance. That's why I never returned the call back to the rep about the complaint which now I hate because maybe she would have given me a discount. Again, this experience was different and much better.
