The nice smell, environmentally friendly products, the scotch guard and quick service were all good. The technician was professional and friendly. My carpet looks and smells much better but not like new. Perhaps Zerorez should come up with a product to treat and clean carpet previously stained by self-cleaning and soap residue.

The quality of service by the technician that came out to clean our sofa was wonderful. He arrived early (which really helped my work day) and he finished much faster than I expected. It was a little more expensive than I hoped but the job was done right and I would absolutely use Zerorez again.
