I really like the entire process from beginning to end. It’s easy to make an appointment and I appreciate the follow up confirmation emails that serve as a good reminder for me. The technician arrived when he said he would. He was pleasant and verified all the work to be done prior to starting. The technician also encouraged me to allow him to use an enzyme cleaner I had not used in the past. The work took as long as was estimated and the results were great. I really like that the carpet can be walked on right away and there is no lingering smell. I used an online promotion that saved me some money. I like receiving offers via email much more than regular mail! Thanks for my clean carpets!
