We are very pleased with the entire process we have gone through with Zerorez. Making an appointment at a time that was convenient to us was quite easy. The window of arrival was exactly correct, so we did not have to sit around and wait for the technician to arrive. When he came, Ross was instantly recognized as a very nice young man. He was polite and thorough in his explanation of our needs and his available services.
We are also pleased with the results. Our carpet looks and smells like new. Ross did an excellent job, and we would welcome him back any time.

I responded to a survey request already, twice. One on my phone and the other by email. However, I was so PLEASED & THRILLED with the service for my carpet, I'll do it again!
I am exceptionally pleased and thrilled with the way my carpet was cleaned. The carpet was laid in my rental unit in 2004. I moved into the unit in 2007. I have had my carpet cleaned by SEVERAL DIFFERENT carpet cleaning companies and was not satisfied with any of them. On 11/11/17 my daughter and son-in-law happened to mention Zero Rez they used several years ago and said they were very pleased with the process. So I called on 11/11/17 and scheduled appointment for 11/17/17. Freddy Cruz explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and asked if I had any questions. He was very polite, cheerful, knowledgeable about his work and did a fabulous job. I never thought my carpet could look so nice. He did tell me that my carpet looked great for the age that it is, and that I took very good care of carpet. I would definitely call Zero Rez again in the future and highly recommend them to my family and friends, which I did do already! Thank you again for job well done.
