Brandon was awesome! He consulted with me on my needs since this was a move in cleaning, explaining the different services that would be beneficial. I got the enzyme treatment for pets and even got my tile floors steam cleaned. Sooooo much better than me mopping! The results on the carpet and the tile floors were nothing short of a miracle! Brandon took his time and did an outstanding job in every way! Before he left, I went ahead and scheduled my move out cleaning for former home. This experience was excellent on all levels. Ask for Brandon!

Pet treatment on carpet and then protective treatment after cleaning

Excellent service, except this time the tech failed to clean the bottom riser on the steps to second floor and today it was still covered with dog hair. Otherwise the whole service was excellent - a 10. But because of the problem mentioned above, we rate Caleb a 9.

Zerorez always makes my carpet look like new! Adrian was great, did a wonderful job. Really concentrated on the areas that are walked on every day. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly.
