The products used were great for getting stains out of the carpet that I couldn't get out. The technician did a great job of explaining everything, and had a great personality. Also, it did not take as much time as I thought for all the rooms that were cleaned. Job well done!

You didn't give up on me when you arrived first thing Saturday morning and I didn't hear the doorbell. The job was done superbly and I felt comfortable just leaving my check with the person who did an amazing job on my carpet.

The service is fantastic. They showed up on time, were very informative and I was able to get this completely done within an hour or two. The carpets came out beautiful and one of my rooms had a stain that I never thought would come up! Thanks again for great service!!!
Your technician was very courteous and knowledgeable of your product and services. My floors look great but the blood stain had been dried in there for a week and after drying there was still some stain that we did not see when wet. But the fact that it is clean and not smelling, I'm happy. I can't expect you to perform miracles. Thank you.

The product works and every service tech is always professional. One suggestion regarding area rugs is that it seems unfair to charge for the entire sq footage especially when +40% is covered by an enormous sectional sofa. One tech only charged me for the exposed area of his own volition. I've never complained about the area rug pricing until now as I know others share the same view. I haven't had anyone else clean my area rugs so I'm ignorant as to what your competitors are charging. Your price may still be much better.
