When the technician arrived he apologized for being late even though he was in the three hour window that had been specified.
I mentioned that I wanted treatment for the pet stains that were on the carpet and he said that would cost extra. He then did a survey with this lamp to indicate where there were pet markings and he found them in every room. He then gave me an estimate for the cost of removing the pet stains. I agreed to the total estimate for the cleaning including the removal of the pet stains.
I asked questions about the pet stain removal process and the technician answered them, stating whilst the process was effective it was not 100%. I noticed that while spraying the whole rooms he gave focus to the obvious bad spots.
As department was basically unoccupied the AC was not on, he told me that they recommended that the AC be on with fan on continuous circulation, he said that would dry out the carpets relatively quickly and avoid the possibility of a mold smell.
I like he fact that you do not use chemicals to clean rugs with.

No chemicals and quick
The gentleman that came was extremely friendly and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Also, our carpets look amazing. Even though the gentleman stated that we needed to give the carpets about, I believe it was 4 - 6 hours to dry, they dried a little quicker than that. I was able to still work after he finished.

The first time we used Zerorez I was not impressed and we were hesitant to use Zerorez again. I decided to give Zerorez another chance, and I'm glad I did. Your technician Adrian was awesome. He took his time and got out the stains in our carpet that we were told the first time couldn't be removed. When we are in need of your services again, I plan to specifically ask for Adrian. I manage 20 employees myself, and Adrain struck me as someone who has the potential to be in some sort of leadership role.
