They were very thorough and explained some things to me about discrepancies on our floor that I had not noticed before. The only thing I would suggest for the future would be for them to clean up behind them as they go. Our wood floor was completely trashed by footprints and wet dirt. It took me 3 times washing it to get it back to the way it was before they arrived.
