We placed carpet in our home and placed a plastic carpet protector on top of it in our hallway because it was a high traffic area from outside. The protector had an adhesive bottom and once we removed it, it left a sticky residue on the carpet. We called another cleaning company and they cleaned it, but did not remove the stickiness from the carpet fibers. I thought the sticky residue from a plastic covering would never come up. We walked on the stickiness for weeks and unfortunately the dirt from our shoes clung to the carpet fibers unmercifully.
This was brand new carpet and we were trying to protect it with this plastic covering! Zerorez came in and the service person worked on the hallway carpet as if his life depended on cleaning it! After it dried, it was perfect! I couldn't and still can't believe how well it turned out! I plan to continue calling Zerorez for my home from now on. The products and the service person were excellent!!!
