I liked that there is no chemical residue involved with the cleaning process.
The rugs dried fast since the process doesn't soak the carpet and pad.
Emilio was very thorough and professional. He explained the process and how it worked. He also recommended additional steps that we could take to reduce allergens in the home. Best of all, the carpet looked new again!

My carpet looks great. I would recommend you to anyone. My only suggestion is once the carpet is clean do on be walking around for a sold 2days. Totally dry
The cleaning job was great, it got rid of stuff in the carpet from our dog who is old and having more accidents now. Also, the guy who cleaned the carpets was really good about explaining stuff to us and was patient with our questions about our special needs because we are chemically sensitive, and he was very friendly, too.
