The service technician was courteous and polite. He called prior to arrival, and upon arrival took time to walk through the house with my husband and discuss our concerns about the carpet, stains, options for removal and prevention, even to the detail of how long we plan to have the same carpet- making recommendations that best fit our needs and budget. Service was complete within the timeframe provided, making it easy, fast and efficient. We were AMAZED at the results. Not knowing how long some of the stains had been there (just moved in to a new home), we didn't think they'd come out easily. Now- there's no trace AT ALL!
We'll definitely be calling Zerorez if we're ever in need of carpet cleaning again (and having a black lab and infant, I'm sure we will be seeing Brandon at the house again sooner than later to help our carpets!)

Extremely pleased with all the services we received. Our technician (Freddie Cruz) arrived at the scheduled time and could not have been more professional. He steam cleaned and sealed tile and marble in 3 bathrooms, oriental carpet in foyer and cleaned very light cream barber carpet and stairs in our basement.
