Had to have a return visit from tech who cleaned my condo carpeting. He did a great job but suddenly a 10 inch spot of dirt appeared right in the middle of the living room floor carpeting--an area that is hardly ever walked on about a week after the cleaning. He returned and said" this is not uncommon. It's called "WICKING". He cleaned the spot and so far it has not returned. This guy is GOOD. He offered me an explanation that made sense out of something that had made no sense to me. There was no charge and my carpet is "SHINING CLEAN". i'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YA'LL TO FRIENDS. GIVE THIS TECH A RAISE!!!

James was very professional from start to finish. He explained what the services were, and what he would recommend. He was very easy to talk to and get along with. We didn't feel any pressure to choose among the products. He did his job well. As for the cleaning, all the stains we had talked about were gone, and our carpet looks so much better. When we need the carpet cleaned again, we hope James is available to help us.

I like that the company tries to do a good job. The two men that came to my house worked as hard as they could to try and get a spot out. It may not work, but if it does come back it is not their fault.
