Excellent job in removing stains from my carpets. Staff were highly professional and were meticulous about leaving each room tidy after the carpet clean. Carpets were 95% dry after about 4 hours, with only a touch of dampness, and completely dry after 8 hours. I highly recommend Zerorez !

The first time we used Zerorez I was not impressed and we were hesitant to use Zerorez again. I decided to give Zerorez another chance, and I'm glad I did. Your technician Adrian was awesome. He took his time and got out the stains in our carpet that we were told the first time couldn't be removed. When we are in need of your services again, I plan to specifically ask for Adrian. I manage 20 employees myself, and Adrain struck me as someone who has the potential to be in some sort of leadership role.

I think the technician done a great job considering how old our carpet is. I really looked good for 17 year old carpet.
Wasn't really sure about the cost at first since the equipment didn't look anything like what was advertised on the website. However, there was a noticable difference after ducts cleaned. Technician was very courteous too.
