I have been wanting my carpets done for a while and I kept hearing the ads on 680 AM, I finally called to schedule an appointment, I was able to get the appointment the same day! It was awesome and unexpercted but worked out so perfect. Freddie was great! I added three more rooms and a hallway for them to do and it was no problem. I added the pet treatment which was great. We have been in our house two years, brand new, so I hadn't had the carpets done professionally. I will now have high traffic carpets done evey 6 months. So quick, convinient, and affordable! Thank you Zerorez!

I liked that they set a relatively short timeframe (3 hrs.) and then called about 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get home. Their service was professional and thorough. The cleaning process was better than expected.

Adrian was terrific. He really cared about our needs and he worked accordingly to those needs. He kept us happy the entire time he was there. Really felt like he went the extra mile. We had four rooms cleaned and two rooms were sprayed with protectant. The technician was very friendly and efficient. We have had carpets cleaned many times over the years and felt this was the very best cleaning we have ever had. We highly recommend Zerorez, especially Mr Freddy Cruz.

The carpets are now very clean. The only drawback is the cost almost double from what I got on the phone. I knew it might go up based on what I saw when I got here, but I was not expecting that much more.

Outstanding service and complete satisfaction with the work done. Caleb and Bill were professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Removed black spots incurred during a move on our cream colored sofa and loveseat that I didn't think could be removed. I called up to schedule a cleaning today and they were able to come this afternoon! What great service. Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpets, which are as old as the house--23 years old. Our technician DJ was prompt and professional and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely use Zeroez again.
