I have used several carpet cleaning services for many years but no company has come even close to the thoroughness of this one! I have had stains on a dining room rug but no one has been able to remove them but Freddy did! Hard working technicians. Had my new house and old house done. Old house carpet was a challenge to say the least and they came back immediately with no problem and no charge to address and area.

Had to have a return visit from tech who cleaned my condo carpeting. He did a great job but suddenly a 10 inch spot of dirt appeared right in the middle of the living room floor carpeting--an area that is hardly ever walked on about a week after the cleaning. He returned and said" this is not uncommon. It's called "WICKING". He cleaned the spot and so far it has not returned. This guy is GOOD. He offered me an explanation that made sense out of something that had made no sense to me. There was no charge and my carpet is "SHINING CLEAN". i'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YA'LL TO FRIENDS. GIVE THIS TECH A RAISE!!!
