Tech had great "people person" skills. Tech was on time to the minute for my appointment. Called for and app't. Monday and got one or Tuesday! Cleaning was thorough and my condo was brightened considerably after his cleaning. Carpet was THOROUGHLY cleaned and it was wall-to-wall thruout my condo. Not a spot did he miss! I would recommend Zerorez to my friends ( and I have a lot of friends) and will use it again myself. I'm a happy camper!!!

I was very impressed with the technician who cleaned our carpets. He did a super job. We have only used Zeroez to clean our carpets. I will never use a different cleaning system or company to clean the carpets in our home.

The guys who came out to my house were great! Super polite. They called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. They explained everything, the cleaning, the enzyme treatment - which was one of the main reasons I called you guys because of my dogs! - and the protection. They introduced themselves - I think it was Rob and Bill (Bill was a trainee) - and they couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. Great representatives of your company! Please tell them and their managers how very much I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy!

Additionally, they worked to treat a few difficult spots (although all of them were not possible to remove completely, they look so much better). The administrative arm of the Raleigh location was extremely responsive to me with several questions upfront and also help resolving a matter after my treatment.
