The tech was on time and very knowledgable about the products. I have used Zeroez numerous times on my apartments and all technicians sent were excellent. It’s the only carpet cleaning service that lasts long term. Most of them look good for two or three days and then they go back to looking kind of grungy. And the work you do on interior upholstery is phenomenal!

We had requested Joel for the second time since we could not have been more pleased with his work the first time he came to clean the carpet at our house. Joel does an exceptional job. He shows up on time and works diligently until work is completed and explains thoroughly what he is doing and how the carpet is cleaned.
The person who scheduled my appointment for me was warm and funny and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to her. I hate that I can't remember her name! And our carpet cleaning tech was outstanding.
