I’ve been using Zero Rez for the last seven years and have have pets. They’ve always done a thorough job and addressed any icarpet concerns I’ve had. Over all the years I’ve only had one issue and when I called them the next day they came back a fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services.

Professionalism, on time service
It was not a long process but very effective.
The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. He worked for two hours without a break. He was very careful to not scratch my house. I appreciate the care he took in my house. He is a mild mannered husband and father. I enjoyed talking to him about our families and the plants in my rock garden. He represents your company well.
