The technician Kwahme was so easy to work with and he did a good job, he came back a few days later to work on a difficult stain and on both occasions, his customer service was excellent. He was knowledgable, helpful and a nice person. The carpets are nice and cleaned up well.

scheduled for that day and had a big job to do, the technician (I believe his name was Joseph)
showed no sign of fatigue, he offered sound advice on added pet services and I'm glad I
listened, the carpets actually look new. Anyone with pets and children would benefit from the
no chemical cleaning and no chemical residue.
The technician was prompt and courteous and super nice. We had a nice chat while he worked and my carpets have never looked better. These were 15 year old heavily pet stained carpets that looked her Renda‘s. After he finished cleaning them they looked almost brand new.
