The service was great and the people are helpful and friendly.

My service tech was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable about the products. The product(s) used to clean my carpet works very well and dried quickly. The price at the end was exactly what I expected it to be from my quote and I didn't have the hassle with hidden fees at the end of the job.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning my upstairs carpet and stairs. There were some unexpected additional up charges due to my dog.

Zerorez was very easy to work with. The technician called and gave us a time and he was here! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and got the job done. There was a problem (not his doing). When I called him he was responsive came back the next morning took care of it with a smile and a job well done. We will never have another company clean our carpets!

Results after cleaning are excellent

Your aim is to please! You arrive approximately when you say you will; your technician was very responsible. I am not a fan of the triangles and he went over some of the carpet to remove them. He left my carpets looking very clean and fresh. I cannot ask for more! Thank you very much. I hope he comes next time!

The process, the equipment and, in particular, the technician Renaldo Moses. The three step procedure involving pre-soaking, then simultaneously saturating, mechanically scrubbing and evacuating the waste sludge through a fully enclosed apparatus was the most impressive in our experience with professional rug cleaners. However, our greatest satisfaction was the performance of Mr. Moses, whose energy, dedication to purpose and courtesy would require his presence in any need for additional service.Thanks for a job well done.

We like that there are no chemicals used and just amazed at our technian. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did s wonder job. We had one problem which was not his fault, we called him explained it, he was back the next morning and took care of it. I will never use another company!! Thank you Derrick!!

The products you use leave the carpet soft & new looking when it dries. The employee was very professional and friendly. They ask if I have any questions and tell me what they will be doing.
When I called I was able to get an appointment within several days instead of weeks. Zerorez
call the day before to confirm the appointment time. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and if needed will use them again.

efficient and good work

Estimate from office staff each time is more than half of what actual price of service. Many additional add ons (some warranted). Maybe a conversation between actual techs and phone schedulers would put them more in synch.

The guys did a great job cleaning and very nice people. Showed up on time everything went well , only one complaint the price for pet cleaner was a little high but it works.
