My carpet looks brand new! The technician always arrives promptly and does a walk through. He explains everything he is going to do, gets right to work, never leaves a mess, and I’m left with very clean carpet that is dry in 4 to 6 hours!

The whole experience was very positive. The representative working for ZeroRex was great. He called to let me know he would early and asked if that would work for me. He was quick and efficient when cleaning the carpets. He gave me a recap when he was finished and confirmed the price I was quoted before payment. The carpets look great. I am very happy with the service.

Tevin G. was awesome! He was able to remove some bad, black stains. He was so polite, contiencious and thorough. I hope I get him again as a technician when we decide to take care of our upstairs carpets.
