Zerorez servicemen educated me about cleaning procedures that were necessary to thoroughly rugs clean my rugs.I had planned to have them cleaned in -house.Upon being told how they could best be cleaned by taking to the Zerorez cleaning facility,I am assured of having cleaner rugs.

This was my first time using Zerorez. I needed other rooms done but I wasn’t sure how well they would do. My carpets look new again. Very professional representative. I will be calling them back to do the rest.
We had bought our Zerorez 3 room cleaning at a home show. We had explained the set up of our UPSTAIRS 3 bedrooms that were all carpeted. We had gotten a pretty good price, however when the person came to clean the carpet , we got charged MORE for the stairs AND the LANDING!!!! REALLY???
I knew the original price given to us was too good to be true.
The carpet wasn’t too dirty, we were required to clean it in our contract. Wasn’t that dirty, he was done in an hour!
Bottom line is you DON’T get what you thought you think you pay for!!!

I am always grateful for the education that the technicians provide about carpet care. My carpets always look new when they are cleaned by zerorez. Over the years regular cleanings by zerorez have extended the life of my carpet.

Very positive experience. I was given a 30 minute courtesy call from the technician that he was on his way. This was very much appreciated and thoughtful. Freddy Cruz was the technician. He was outstanding. Extremely courteous & respectful of our home. Freddy did an amazing cleaning on our carpets. This was our first experience w/ Zerorez. I was VERY impressed with the cleaning and very pleased with the dry time! We will use again!
