Very knowledgeable service technician. Was able to explain why sometimes there is white residue if the water filters are not cleaned ( note should be a requirement to do this every x cleanings as this was a big problem for us in the past) and about why carpet gets dirty near the edges. Did s great job of discussing other service that you provide that we will surely use in the future. Very sharp busy Davy. Very friendly and like able.

The appointment was made and technician arrive within 30 minutes of the earliest time frame. He was professional, polite and efficient. The 13 year old carpet looks very good. I could not be more happy with the service and cleaning.

Your service person is on time and your work is so good. Your service person calls before he arrives and lets you known when to expect him. He clearly explains what product he is using and my rugs and uphostered furniture looks awesome.

Our technician, Joel, was professional and courteous. He demonstrated the process to us thoroughly and did an excellent job. Pet stains and odors were removed. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He even had prayer with us before he left. I would recommend ZeroRez to anyone. Our experience with them was exceptional!
