He stretched the carpet in two areas that were bubbling. He took his time cleaning each bedroom, stairs and LR area rug. I felt like Jerry treated my home like it was his own. I’ve been using Zero Rez for the last seven years and have have pets. They’ve always done a thorough job and addressed any icarpet concerns I’ve had. Over all the years I’ve only had one issue and when I called them the next day they came back a fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services.
