Raymond was very prompt, punctual and did a great job. He missed a couple of big spots and I asked for those spots to be cleaned. The scheduled the second appt within a week and was done to my satisfaction.

The best thing I feel about Zerorez's service is that the carpet dried witihn 4 hours. I used Stanley Steamer a few years ago and the carpets remained damp for nearly 3 days. But with Zerorez we could walk on it in the evening with no trace of that sticky feeling.

We are good to go with the carpet for another couple of years without any doubt. I will certainly recommend Zerorez's service. Good job!!!

The technician was lovely and very good. My carpets were a totally different color?

Cleaned very well. With no residue or loud fragrance. Joel Nakamur and Darrick Wiggins were the technicians who cleaned my carpet. They were professional and very knowledgeably of the product and explained the process very well. I plan on recommending my friends and colleagues to Zerorez.

Punctual and thorough

The difference in our tile floors was night and day! I thought I may need to end up replacing all of the tile in the new home we bought, but it looks AMAZING after the cleaning.

I called Monday morning and they were able to come by early afternoon the same day. Landon was courteous and honest. He did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!
