Great product, Great people working there. They were patient with me and all my questions. I'm sure I was on the phone with customer service for at least 15 minutes with all of my questions. Not one time did I get the feeling that I was annoying the customer service representative. The tech in the field also answered all of my questions and told me everything he was going to do to get my carpets cleaned. In a nutshell excellent service!!!
