He stretched the carpet in two areas that were bubbling. He took his time cleaning each bedroom, stairs and LR area rug. I felt like Jerry treated my home like it was his own. I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez and especially Jerry to my friends and family. I took a chance based on a radio ad and I’m a big fan!!

The customer service was great, Joel was considerate of our needs and worked with me to make sure our needs were met. I’ve been using Zero Rez for the last seven years and have have pets. They’ve always done a thorough job and addressed any icarpet concerns I’ve had. Over all the years I’ve only had one issue and when I called them the next day they came back a fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Zerorez. My dog wet the carpet and there was a horrible urine odor and stain. Bill from Zerorez came out and cleaned the carpet and did a treatment for the smell. After the carpet dried, I could still detect a slight odor in that area. I called Zerorez, explained the problem, and they had no problem sending someone out to retreat the area. Luckily, Bill was the technician who came out a second time. Long story short, he did a wonderful job! There is no stain, no odor, and absolutely no strong chemical smell. There was no hassle and no extra charge. The carpet looks great and smells fresh and clean. The outcome far exceeded my expectations!!! I will be calling Zerorez to do my upstairs rooms as well and I plan to request Bill as the technician. I highly recommend Zerorez!
