I have used Zerorez and only Zerorez for carpet cleaning for the past five years and have always been happy with every aspect of this service. The technicians in particular have been honest, hardworking, and fully communicate what to expect. They offer additional services tailored to my family's carpet cleaning needs, but do not try to hard upsell me on extraneous services I don't feel I need. My carpets stay cleaner longer with Zerorez, smell great, and dry fairly quickly. I would recommend Zerorez with no reservations.

Got the standard service and know that my carpets are clean. I recommend that you discuss any area of special concern prior to cleaning to assure the proper product is used for spot removal.

My couch ,chair and ottoman was sooooooo clean and nicely done the grain of the fabric I mean I could tell it was tested first by them an then cleaned I'll tell everybody to call Zerorez!!!!! I like the odor free carpet cleaning product that you use! It did not take the technician long at all to do our carpets! I like it that there is not a lot of sogginess in carpet after cleaning!

Great job. Great service. I have used ZeroRez for all my household carpet / furniture cleaning
needs. Only criticism I have is EVERY tech that has serviced my home has tried to "up sell" my initial plan. It must be part of their training or commission. I find it extremely irritating!
