I needed to have Zerorez return to remove a spot that was missed during my original upholstery cleaning. There was no problem whatsoever with them returning. They returned promptly and did a thorough job and, of course, no extra charge.

First of all, there are no chemicals involved with the cleaning. The service men always show up on time and do a very good job. In fact, they work diligently the entire time they are in our home. We were very impressed with the young man (Emil or Amil) who came this time and highly recommend him.
