The guy who assessed what was needed (I am sorry I forget his name) was super efficient and nice. He was not pushy and did not try sell me some extra stuff that I did not need. I felt at ease with the whole process from start to finish.
My apt. carpeting was not replaced before I moved in. They cleaned it before I moved in, but the job that Zero Rez did was far superior. It's such a fresh renewed look. Very satisfied!

The tech, Renaldo, was super professional and courteous. My bonus room carpet and furniture looks brand new. He even gave me a very reasonable estimate for my bathroom tiles. I am having those done soon.
