Chris was awesome. Zerorez has always done a great job with cleaning my carpet, but not so great with removing stains. That was not the case, this time. It is obvious that Chris put in the work and made more of an effort overall....end result...a happy customer. The carpet was clean and spotless. Thanks Chris!

Very professional. Did a great job on our carpets and stairs. I do wish the cost for doing upholstery was more reasonable though. I would have loved to have had our couch and recliner cleaned also, but that was more expensive than having the carpets done. But, the carpets look good.
